Sip This: a blended drink with blended Scotch

We shoot it, you sip it – who wants to celebrate National Piña Colada day with us?

This isn’t just any Piña Colada… In honor of National Piña Colada Day on July 10th, we’re blending an unexpected twist on the tropical classic with blended Scotch. This one features Chivas Regal in a recipe by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger. Take us to the beach, please.


Chivas 12 Colada

1.5 oz Chivas Regal 12
2 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice (fresh is best)
.5 oz fresh lime juice


In a blender, add all ingredients with 10 oz ice and blend. Pour into a Collins glass, footed Pilsner glass or tiki mug. Top with an Angostura bitters float, a wedge of pineapple, and cinnamon sticks.
