The Less-Than Clause is an open-source legal disclosure for inclusion in statements of work to create a culture of accountability between agencies and clients on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Agency is committed to providing equal opportunities and fair treatment to all, regardless of, including but not limited to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or other characteristics. Agency always strives to be ethical and to never act in a manner that represses human dignity or integrity. Agency expects and demands that all those it does business with maintain the same standards. As such, Client agrees that it will, in performance of its obligations under this Agreement and in the operation of its business and otherwise, abide by the above principals, not only within compliance with the spirit and letter of the law but because this is the right thing to do and the right way to treat people. This is a material provision to this Agreement and any violation will allow for immediate termination by Agency and Agency will receive all fees and expenses owed for services rendered prior to termination.
