We shoot it, you sip it – part Whisk(e)y Sour, part French 75, all delicious.

In honor of National Whisk(e)y Sour Day on August 25th, we’re blending two classic cocktails with blended Scotch – plus a side of fresh Summer fruit. This one features Chivas Regal in a recipe by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger.

12 of Cups

1.5 oz Chivas Regal 18
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling wine

Add whisky, lemon juice and simple syrup to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a large wine glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint, cucumber and fresh berries.
