This Mother’s Day, why not toast to mom with a sweet and tart Gimlet? Since no two moms are the same, we’re offering you two delicious options made with Beefeater Gin by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger.

Gimlet

2 oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
.75 oz Lime Cordial
.75 oz fresh lime juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pink Gimlet

2 oz Beefeater Pink
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz Grenadine

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lime wedge.
