Sip this: the regal way to Mardi Gras

We shoot it, you sip it – and this one’s poppin’ off.

It’s Mardi Gras and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with a delicious drink in a gilded goblet, garnished with Pop Rocks.

May we suggest the Crown Jewel, made with Chivas Regal by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger?


The Crown Jewel

1.5 oz Chivas Regal 12YO Blended Scotch Whisky
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz black currant syrup

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with ice. Strain into a very regal goblet over a diamond-shaped ice cube. Bonus beads for a gilded, Pop Rocks rim.
