Sip this: Starry Night
We shoot it, you sip it – introducing your last drink of 2019 (and perhaps first drink of 2020?).
New year, new cocktail. The Starry Night is made with Beefeater Gin by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger. Would it be too predictable to say it’s out of this world?
1.5 oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
1 dropper B’lure butterfly pea flower tincture
.75 oz fresh lemon Juice
.75 oz Royal Rose jasmine syrup (or simple syrup simmered with jasmine tea and strained)
Top with 2 oz sparkling wine
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a wine glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon moon (pro tip: mini cookie cutters).
