Sip this: Bloody Mary, two ways

In honor of National Bloody Mary Day, we’re sharing two versions made with Beefeater Gin by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger. Stay calm and brunch on.


The Classic

1.5 oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
4 oz Bloody Mary mix
.25 oz Olive brine
.25 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz Pickle brine
2-4 Dashes Tabasco
2-4 Dashes Worcestershire sauce

Build in glass with ice and stir. Serve in a tumbler over fresh ice and garnish with a pickle, olives and celery stalk.


Beet It

1 oz Beefeater Pink Gin
.5 oz Beefeater London Dry Gin infused with caraway seeds
3 oz Beet juice
.25 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Apple cider vinegar

Build in glass with ice and stir. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with pickled beet, goat cheese, and strawberry.
