Cilantro + Ginger Margarita Mule

1.5 oz 1800 Silver Tequila
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Honey Syrup
Pinch of Fresh Cilantro Leaves
Top with 3 oz Ginger Beer

Muddle cilantro leaves in honey syrup in a shaker tin. Add 1800 Silver Tequila and fresh lime juice and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass prepared with a Margarita salt rim. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a bunch of fresh cilantro.
