In honor of National Coffee Day later this month on September 29th, we’ll be upping our daily caffeine intake by inviting our beloved coffee to happy hour. This delicious perk-me-up features Chivas Regal in a recipe by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger.
Coffee Float
1.5 oz Chivas Regal 12
.75 oz Kahlua
.25 oz Banana liqueur
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and stir with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and top with a float of whipped cream. Garnish with a slice of fresh banana.
