This Valentine’s Day, say “be mine” to this crush-worthy French 75 with Beefeater Gin by Pernod Ricard’s National Mixologist, Jane Danger. Is this what love at first sip tastes like?

1.5 oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
3 oz Champagne

Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice and strain into a chilled flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
