Associate Producer

You manage our creative projects, dedicated to meeting the needs of our team and clients. You’re responsible for overseeing digital initiatives from concept and design to development and implementation. You are great at managing people, understand best practices, and work with dedication to meeting the needs of our team and clients. The role demands being able to work across various projects and brands, manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, resources, and scopes in an organized manner with quality and attention to detail in every area. Ultimately, you are the shepherds of the work we produce, coordinating and leading our project teams so we can create and deliver game-changing experiences.

What We’d Like to See:

  • Agency experience as a Producer / Project Manager — We need someone who can dive right in without a lot of “hand holding.”

  • Excellent communication and client relations skills — Our Interactive Producers are the bridge between our agency and our clients so they must be able to communicate project goals as well as the ideas behind the work we produce.

  • Someone that is a team leader — We’re looking for confident individuals with the ability to motivate, support and work with everyone here at the agency.

  • An understanding for the digital medium — We help brands with large scale digital design projects and require those responsible for leading them to understand them.

  • Tools as well as ideas — Our Interactive Producers bring new ideas to the table regarding how things can get done. Along with this, they are constantly working with tools like Google Docs, MS Office, Basecamp and other project management and communication tools. Previous experiences with these tools is a plus.
