You help provide the best customer service to one of our major clients and continue its course to grow the business.
This role will be an integral part of the Ford Media Lab leadership team and will be responsible for driving the overall success with one of our major clients. The highest priorities for this role will be to work on-site with our clients and to identify and meet their needs, build client satisfaction, increase efficiency and grow the business by looking for new opportunities to build and scale new solutions for the client. In addition to the above, there is a long-term goal to grow our portfolio of clients and lead the content strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Office & Culture Leadership: You will be responsible for leadership across all aspects of the work and culture for a team of over 10+ employees. This includes recruiting and hiring the very best talent, providing overall direction, developing their skills and working to retain them to meet the needs of the company and the client.
Client Relationship & Growth: Build and maintain strong client relationships with clients. Define and action a strategic vision for the future of the account and the team. Build a roadmap for growth across lines of business and throughout the levels of leadership.
FML Leadership: Participate as a member of the overall leadership team to drive the vision of the business, service offering, growth, and culture. Ensure adoption and acceleration of this vision amongst the full team.
Quality Control: Ensure that the company’s services and products always exceed clients’ expectations and work to foresee any issues and develop strategic solutions, so as to prevent future disruptions to client satisfaction.
Contract Oversight: Responsible for contract negotiations and bringing them to execution.
Business Development: Actively seek out and increase new business opportunities/account growth to establish our presence.
Embedded Leadership: Work on location at the Ford Media Lab office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 10+ years of a proven track record in managing large multi-million dollar accounts of at least $15M with Fortune 500 clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent years of additional related professional experience.
Experience with overall account management, account growth, and leadership of cross-functional teams to develop approaches and targets that meet the business goals of our clients.
Experience in having direct responsibility for meeting financial goals and budgets.
A Masters Degree in Business or related field is a plus.
