Rachel Ford, President
Also known as “The Boss,” Rachel is a serious business woman. Outside of work, her passions include firing up her cold brew tower, building expert Lego sets and curating the most colorful wardrobe this side of the East River.
Truth: I’ve appeared on reality TV. You may recognize me as the Featured Mixologist from season 3 of Bar Rescue.

Lie: I’m really into rollercoasters. Nope. Don’t have to try it to know I don’t like it.
Truth: I was president of my sorority in college. And Vice President. And Social Chair. And post-college, Educational Leadership Consultant. What can I say? Apparently, I just couldn’t get enough sisterhood.

FML’s creative genius, Kyle is essentially a photographic wizard. His inspirations include Warhol, Basquiat, and any cat with an Instagram account.
Lie: I won a Lego speed building competition when I was 12. Absolutely not true, but there’s still time…
Truth: I have a black belt in two styles of Martial Arts: Kenpo and Tae Kwon Do. If you come across me in a dark alley, be afraid. Be very afraid.
Truth: I’ve been on set with famed photographer Annie Leibovitz. While working as the Corporate Mixologist for Cointreau, I was sent to Paris to style cocktails for a Vogue spread, shot by Annie Leibovitz.

Ryan isn’t really a magician, but he has us fooled. He’s 50% content writer, 50% photographer and 100% positive vibes. How does he do it??? Must be magic.
Truth: In 2014 I rode my bicycle across seven countries – from Ireland to Portugal. I was lost the entire time, and only had to get a total of 20 stitches!
Complete and total lie: I’m a cat person. Can I pet your dog?
Truth: I’m basically fluent in French.
